He focuses on how to Commercial maneuvers including chandelles, steep spirals, lazy eights, eights on pylons, and 180° accuracy landings. The oral portion is similar to the Private, but with an emphasis on Commercial certificate privileges, and no it doesn’t allow you to immediately start flying charter.
